My name is Alex,

I wrote my first line of code at 16 because I was tired of manually tracking my workout progress in a spreadsheet. Thought "there has to be a better way" and stumbled into JavaScript trying to build a workout tracker. That workout tracker never worked (turns out fitness apps are harder than they look), but I was hooked

What started as a curiosity became an obsession. Late nights debugging CSS layouts. Early mornings watching tutorial videos at 1.5x speed. Weekends lost in documentation. My friends thought I was weird for getting excited about console.log() finally working. They were probably right.

What Drives me?

I love building things that solve real problems. Not "change the world" problems (though that would be cool), but everyday friction points. Apps that save people 5 minutes. Tools that make boring tasks less boring. Features that make users go "oh that's actually useful."
